On May 21, the Council on Aging is hosting a Meals on Wheels fundraiser and silent auction with, Tony Williamson, Chatham’s very own mandolin hero. Williamson will be performing at Carolina Meadows with his brother Gary, along with Nixon, Blevins and Gage (bluegrass) and Diali Keba Cissokho (a west African musician) for a special, local performance. Also, local members of the North Carolina Youth Tap Ensemble will perform. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at https://tonywilliamson.eventbrite.com.
