10 Mar AMENITIES SURVEY HAS BEEN DISTRIBUTED
The FHA Board would like to get a sense of the views of our community on whether the current amenities in the Village meet our needs, and if changes are needed, what might they be? So, we distributed a survey to Village residents via email on March 13. If you didn’t receive a survey and wish to complete one, you can find it here:

The survey is quite short and will take just minutes to complete. Each resident of each household is encouraged to complete the survey.
Fearrington Village has grown steadily in its 50 years and continues to add about 20 residences each year. Our current amenities, however, largely date from the 1990s to the early 2000s. In 1997, there were approximately 800 homes in the Village; this year there are approximately 1400. There have been some additions to amenities: the trail network has been expanded, food trucks have been arranged, and pickleball now shares space on the tennis courts. Several residential communities have been established near Fearrington Village and more are anticipated, with their own sets of recreational and support amenities.
Your input will help the Board in making decisions on resource allocation within the Village in the future. We thank members of the Long Range Planning Committee for preparing and administering the survey.
