“Building Healthy Routines with Occupational Therapy as We Age”

Enhance the way you move through the world as you age. Presented via Zoom by Lindsay Vorhees, a registered and licensed physical therapist, this program will address integrating movement and mindfulness practices to address emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. Her presentation will include methods and techniques for use at home to promote wellbeing.
Ms. Vorhees has developed programs at Duke, UNC Health, and WakeMed Rehab for acute and chronic conditions including spinal cord injuries and Parkinson’s Disease. Her community-based therapy has included the innovative use of dance and yoga.
