Crossroads Conversations: Social Connections for Well-Being

A study by Dr. Robert Waldinger that followed individuals for more than 75 years has shown that having social connections is crucial both for our health and well-being. In this Crossroads Conversations, we’ll watch a short presentation by Dr. Waldinger as he shares lessons learned from this landmark research. Then we’ll l break into groups to reflect and discuss the information.
