Move, lift light weights, and get your heart rate up to some catchy music at this new class. Exercises may be done sitting or standing and will not require any floor work. Bring your own one- or two-pound free weights. If you don’t have weights, water bottles or soup cans will do! Our own Betty Robie will lead us in exercise and fun.
