The only business to be conducted at the meeting will be to determine whether a quorum is present and, if so, to cast and count the votes. Check-in for the meeting opens at 6:30 pm, one-half hour before the scheduled meeting time, and the check-in lines will close at 7:10 pm. Space and parking at The Gathering Place are limited, so we urge as many owners as possible to vote by proxy.
