Bulkogi translates as “fire meat”. It is a popular Korean dish featuring thinly sliced marinated meat or tofu for vegetarians. It can be ordered “spicy hot” or not— and paired with fried rice, white rice, egg and/or kimchi. They also offer some eclectic ethnic fusion options.
