Food Truck – Chirba Chirba

The Chinese dumpling craze returns to Fearrington this week!   These dumpling delicacies are the epitome of Asian comfort food and are offered with a variety of sauces. The Mandarin phrase “Chirba Chirba” (or 吃吧, 吃吧) translates as “Eat Eat” but the full expression is a heartfelt sentiment professing that “this is so delicious and it makes me extremely happy to see you enjoy it, so please eat”.
