Food Truck – Bulkogi Korean BBQ

Ready for something new? Try Korean Barbecue!! Bulkogi translates as “fire meat”. It is a popular Korean dish featuring thinly sliced marinated meat (or tofu🌱🙂). It can be ordered “spicy hot” or not— and paired with fried rice, white rice, egg and/or kimchi. If you’re not ready for the full monty Korean experience, they offer some eclectic ethnic fusion options that will blow your mind. 🤯😲
