11 Aug Events
The Fearrington Yacht Club has two trips a year and two parties. All events are planned by members of the club.
Trips are usually about two days in the middle of the week when rates are lowest and include a variety of activities unique to the location. Trips always include two happy Hours and two dinners. Some sort of boat excursion is also planned After all we are a “yacht club”.
The Spring Fling and Fall Chowder Dinner are held in or near Fearrington Village. The annual business meeting is usually incorporated into the Chowder Dinner event.

FEARRINGTON YACHT CLUB EVENT REFUND POLICY
The Ycht Club understands that unforeseen events may make it necessary for members to cancel reservations for trips and parties. We make every attempt to make a full refund or as close to a full refund as possible. In making arrangements for trips and parties we are often required to make non-refundable payments in advance for services and or products. If a cancellation is made after the date for which these payments are due, we cannot refund the amount for those particular services or products. Due to the bookkeeping involved in making refunds, any refunds will be calculated and disbursed after the trip or party has taken place. If an entire event is cancelled because of events beyond our control or that of our vendors, we will work with the vendors to recover as much of the payments made as we can and return that to event participants.
