25 May FHA Business Office Hours
We are pleased to announce that regular staffing of the FHA Business Office has re-commenced. Starting May 31, employees of our management company, Associa HRW, will be on-site Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm in the FHA Business Office, which is located in The Gathering Place at 26 Swim & Croquet, across the hall from the FHA Hospitality Service Center. Generally, assistant manager Judy Morang will be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and our manager, Kathy Wood, will be in the office on Wednesdays. They can also be reached by phone during the above office hours at 919-542-1603. Suggestions, questions or concerns related to residents’ dues account and payments, closings, purchases, vendors, property modification forms or other business-related matters should be directed to the Business Office. Inquiries outside of the above office hours can be submitted by phone to the same number, which will be forwarded to the Raleigh office, and inquiries can always be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and/or email@example.com.
As a reminder, the FHA Hospitality Service Center is staffed by volunteers every weekday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm, and can be reached by phone during those hours at 919-542-0420. It offers significant information about the Village and FHA, including trail maps and club information. Also available at the Hospitality Center are copier and fax services to residents at a nominal cost.
