Two offices are located at the rear of the Gathering Place. Knock on the door of the Business Office to get help with your FHA accounts. If you want other information about living in Fearrington Village, see the volunteers in the Hospitality and Service Center across the hall. 
 

FHA Business Office

 
This office is staffed by the FHA’s management company, Associa/HRW, which handles all resident accounts, annual dues collection, and FHA records and bookkeeping. Suggestions, questions or concerns related to your account, payments, closings, purchases, vendors, property modification, or other business-related matters should be directed to the business office.

If you have questions or comments outside those hours you can call the office at 919-542-1543, and the call will be forwarded to the regional office of Associa HRW, located in Raleigh.

FHA Hospitality and Service Center

The Hospitality and Service Center is staffed by volunteers. It offers significant information about the Village and FHA, including trail maps and club information. Also available are copier and fax services to residents at a nominal cost.

Suggestions, questions or concerns relating to life in Fearrington should be directed to the volunteers. Open on weekdays, 9:30 to noon.

If you willing to help as a volunteer, please contact the Director of Community Affairs at community@fhaboard.org.

Lost and Found. If you find items in the Village that appear to have been lost by someone, you can bring them by the Hospitality and Service Center while it is open, weekdays, 9:30 to noon.  It would be helpful if you left attached to the item a short description of when and where it was found.

If you have lost something, you can check in the Center to see if the item has been left there.  If the volunteer on duty is busy, please be respectful of their time.  If you see the item you are missing, notify the volunteer on duty.
