21 May New Board Resolutions for Camden Park Homeowners
The Camden Park Board of Directors adopted two new resolutions at its April 18, 2023 meeting on the advice of our attorneys. These resolutions formalize and further clarify responsibilities of lot owners and others regarding maintenance of certain utilities and associated infrastructure and maintenance of lots, home exteriors, and courtyards. A copy of these resolutions was mailed to Camden Park homeowners in May.
