20 Nov Yard Waste Collection Announcement
A contractor has been identified to handle yard waste collection. This service is primarily directed to residents of the Historic District/Woods/Bush Creek, but any resident may participate. Each resident must contact the service provider and order the service prior to the date below. The details are:

| Service: | Opt-in yard waste collection, twice a year (Fall and Spring). Homeowners will contact GCU to sign up. |
| Price: | $48 per “collection”. Basic service up to 12 “units” per Lot. A unit is a bag of leaves or a bundle of wood-debris. Collection can consist of 12 units, i.e.: a combination of bags and bundles (leaves in paper bags or wood debris bundled with twine). |
| Overage: | Any units over the initial 12 units will be priced at $4 per unit. |
| Collection: | First week of December. Homeowners should have leaf-bags and bundles ready for collection by evening Sunday 12/10/17. |
| Payment: | Homeowners should leave check for GCU in their porch basket. Cost of basic service = $48 for up to 12 units; for additional units over 12, add $4/unit to the basic total of $48. Checks should be made payable to GCU Landscaping. |
